The rebuild after water, fire & storm claims
Insurance Reconstruction in Dallas–Fort Worth
Reconstruction, not restoration: we're the licensed GC that rebuilds your home after the claim.
Trusted insurance reconstruction across DFW
There's a difference between restoration and reconstruction. Mitigation and restoration companies handle the emergency: extracting water, drying the structure, cleaning smoke. Reconstruction is everything after: replacing drywall and flooring, rebuilding kitchens and roofs, matching finishes, and closing out the claim. That second half is all we do, and we do it working from your insurance carrier's estimate, in coordination with your mitigation company and adjuster.
Common causes we handle
- Rebuild after water damage mitigation is complete
- Rebuild after fire and smoke losses
- Storm, wind and hail damage reconstruction
- Working from your carrier's Xactimate estimate
- Supplement documentation when scope is missing
- Handoffs from mitigation companies we partner with

Insurance Reconstruction: your questions answered
What's the difference between restoration and reconstruction?
Restoration/mitigation is the emergency phase: water extraction, drying, smoke cleaning. Reconstruction is the rebuild that follows: drywall, flooring, cabinets, roofing, paint. We're the reconstruction side, and we partner with mitigation companies rather than competing with them.
Do I have to use my insurance company's contractor?
No. You have the right to choose your own contractor. We work from the carrier's estimate either way, and most customers pay only their deductible.
What if the insurance estimate is too low?
It happens often. We verify the scope on site and document supplements with photos and industry-standard pricing so the rebuild is funded correctly.
